Living Your Best Life

A Holistic Approach

So many people are living their lives rushing from place to place, chronically stressed out and overwhelmed, and just going through the daily grind to wake up and do the same thing tomorrow. We believe that God created us for so much more than just surviving! You were created to live in connection with God in mind, body and soul, in connection with others in community, and to live with deep meaning and purpose in your life. We believe that wellness comes from a holistic approach to these key areas in order to thrive in your physical health; emotional health; and spiritual health. Each one affects the other, and our mission is to help people step into the greatness that God created them for!

A & S Waldron offers services and support in 3 main areas:

Physical Wellness: Our Wellness page focuses on the areas of physical health. The products we use, the foods we eat, and the movement we get on a consistent basis will determine the state of your physical health. Majority of products out there in stores today are filled with harmful chemicals and toxins that are having lasting impacts on our long term health. Our bodies were not designed to intake the amount of pollution and toxins we are being bombarded with on a daily basis; from our cleaning products, to our personal care products, to our supplements, and food. It can be overwhelming to research every ingredient in every label, and know which products are harmful to us. Visit our Wellness page to for help with making a shift in your wellness! We also offer personal coaching for physical wellness. Email shannon.nicole.waldron@gmail.com to schedule an introductory call!

Music: Music is such a gift to not only our emotional well-being (stress relief, encouraging creativity, and the release of serotonin) but also our physical well being (brain development, and reducing stress has major health benefits!) We offer piano, voice and guitar lessons to people of all ages. Visit our music page or email shannonwaldronmusic@yahoo.com for more information.

Faith & Ministry: My husband and I have been in ministry for many years, and have experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly of ministry life! It is one of life’s greatest joys to be used by God for His purposes to impact God’s Kingdom! For me personally, there was a really hard season with what began as some setbacks and “church hurt”, quickly snowballed into a period marked by anxiety and depression. I questioned whether I was still called to this path and struggled to reconcile my own brokenness with the demands of ministry. It was a challenging period, but through it, I learned invaluable lessons about vulnerability, resilience, and the importance of seeking support and self-care. It made such a difference in my life, that it’s now my mission to help other women LOVE this life they get to live in ministry! From local and virtual events, to life coaching, we are here to help you step into the greatness that God created you for so that you can live the GOOD Ministry life!
